The Farmers & Friends webstore is concieved to serve customers abroad, that is outside of Iceland. For deliveries within Iceland, please contact us directly (tel. (+354) 5521960).
Online orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt, although not on weekends or holidays.
Should the ordered item not be available at the moment, or in case of any delay of delivery, we will inform you via e-mail.
All prices at the Farmers & Friends online store are stated in EUR. They do not include shipping costs and VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately for each sent package, according to weight and destination.
VAT, customs and administration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods. They differ from country to country, and are therefore not included in our prices.
Farmers & Friends products are delivered from door to door by Postal Services. Freight costs are added to the original price of the product(s). Please note that we can not guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.
Although we strive to present our products in the highest photo quality, please note that the display of colors can also depend on the settings of your computer or monitor, and may therefore vary from screen to screen.
Returning a purchased item
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of arrival, for an exchange or for a full refund of the original payment of the item (transport cost not included). The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when received, and in the original packing. Clothing must be unused except for trying on for fit, with all tags still attached to it. Books, CDs and DVDs must be originally packed / sealed.
On returning an item, the shipment is paid by the customer. Please enclose your receipt with your name, address and account no. Farmers & Friends will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Shipping costs can not be refunded, except in cases of a flawed product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Farmers and Friends receive the returned products.
When you purchase a product at Farmers & Friends, we ask only for the information necessary to process your order properly. These include contact information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address - and any account or credit card information necessary for completing your payment.
Farmers & Friends will only pass information on to the shipping/delivery company to enable it to deliver the goods to its destination. No sensitive information will be passed on.
