March 29th at the Reykjavík Fashion Festival (RFF): Farmers Market presents its current and future collections, accompanied by live music, of course.

Farmers Market presented itself at this year's RFF - Reykjavík Fashion Festival - with a 20-minute fashion show. Not only a feast for the eye, but for the ear as well. Saxophonist Jóel Pálsson, keyboardist Davíð Þór Jónsson and drummer Matthías Hemstock wove their soundscapes around the natural fabrics of Farmers Market, with the dim thunder of Skógafoss in the background.
The echo in cyberspace has been positive - here are some photo collections to browse through:
... and finally, a few backstage impressions ...
Jóel Pálsson's CD 'Horn' is now available again!
It had been sold out for some months, but new people were discovering it all around the world and positive reviews were still being written, like Dave Wayne (All About Jazz). It became obvious, what had to be done: Make more!
For this year's Eurovision Song Contest, Iceland is sending the song "Never Forget" - or "Mundu eftir mér" in Icelandic - composed by violinist Gréta Salóme Stefánsdóttir and performed by herself and singer Jón Jósep Snæbjörnsson, also known as Jónsi.
While enjoying the video, one might notice the appearance of Jónsi at 1:38, tastefully dressed in our cardigan 'Múli' and pants 'Fet'.
Both, of course, available at 'Farmers & Friends' ...
The Reykjavík Jazz Festival is in full swing (see program here) and Jóel and his companions will be playing Horn on Sunday evening, August 28th, at 21.00, downtown at Faktorý. Come and hear the Jazz Album of the Year live!
